Teacher from School of Politics and Public Administration Attended the Annual Meeting of Academy of Management (AMO) in Boston

From August 8th to 14th, invited by Academy of Management (AOM), Wei Yi, Associate Professor of School of Politics and Public Administration, attended the Annual Meeting of AMO in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. At the meeting, Wei delivered a speech entitled "The Impact of Informal Institutions on Health Resource Allocation Decision Making". She also had in-depth exchanges with other conferees on health organization management, health resources allocation and other health policy and management fields.

It is known that Academy of Management (AOM), founded in 1936, is one of the most renowned professional associations in the field of management. 2019 Annual Meeting aimed to conduct researches on management in complex circumstances worldwide, helping to boost academic exchanges in the community of global research in the field of management. The theme of the meeting was “Understanding the Inclusive Organization” and the conferees discussed the characteristics, practices and methodologies of inclusive organizations, how to create a more inclusive learning environment, etc.
