President of Hiroshima Shudo University Taichi Ichikawa visited SWUPL

On the afternoon of March 14th, President Taichi Ichikawa along with others from Japan Hiroshima Shudo University visited SWUPL. President Fu Zitang, Vice President Yue Caishen, Head Zhao Wanyi from School of Civil and Commercial Law, Head Zhang Xiaojun from School of International Law and Officer Guo Meisong from International Cooperation and Exchange Office attended the symposium.

During the symposium, President Fu Zitang introduced that, in recent years, with the target of “Double First-Rate” construction, SWUPL has actively exchanged and cooperated with world-renowned universities, acquired the brilliant achievements in the scientific research cooperation, teacher-student exchange, and resource sharing program. President Taichi Ichikawa said that the friendship between Hiroshima Shudo University and SWUPL grew deeper in the 30-year cooperation. He hoped two schools could have a deeper cooperation in the student exchange and degree program, to cultivate excellent and international talents and create a bright future together.

It has been 30 years since Hiroshima Shudo University established collaboration with SWUPL in 1988. Hiroshima Shudo University is one of the earliest sister universities with our school. We have broad cooperation in teachers and students exchange programs and scientific research. Recent years, for each year, 5 students in our school will have the opportunity to go to Hiroshima Shudo University for free exchange and study.
