SWUPL and University of Waikato Signed Cooperation Agreements

On the afternoon of March 21st , vice president Sun Changyong and University of Waikato’s vice president Ed Weymes signed inter-school cooperation agreements in the third conference room of Qinye Building. Dean of School of Economics Li Shu, vice-dean of School of Management Li chuanxian and deputy director general of international cooperation and exchange department Guo Meisong witnessed the scene.
Vice president Sun Changyong said that SWUPL would carry out the agreement in school of economics and school of management, and he hoped that students and teachers from both sides could support and participate in this program which would enable both side benefits from it.
University of Waikato’s vice president Ed Weymes said that agreements were the first step in cooperation between the two sides. The most important thing is translating agreements into real action, and then promoting better cooperation in the further. He hoped that the inter-school cooperation could not only reflect the willingness to cooperate on education between the heads of two states, but also increase interaction and understanding on both sides.
